What is vegan white chocolate? and how is it made?

Vegan white chocolate is easy to make, but GREAT vegan white chocolate is hard to make. Most vegan white chocolates are described as too sweet with a strong aftertaste, which probably has something to do with a low cocoa %, not enough milk powder alternatives and too much sugar. Our vegan white chocolate is equal parts sugar and cream of rice with a heafty amount of cocoa butter and fresh vanilla beans (These are the tiny spots in our white chocolate). Grind it all together for anywhere between 2 days and 4 days and you will end up with a delicious, melt-in-the-mouth dairy-free vegan white chocolate that is not too sweet. Don't forget to temper! All of our dairy-free chocolates are made to a recipe for the best taste, not the best profit margin, so you get the best flavour, texture and experience.

What products go best with our vegan white chocolate?

Vegan white chocolate, like non-vegan white chocolate, has quite a vanilla flavour. The classic flavours that will go great with our vegan white chocolate include other vanilla items (ZeBARa), biscoff, caramel, honeycomb and fudge ... yes we did just list basically our whole menu because our white chocolate goes incredible with everything. Be sure to keep an eye out for specials too, such as white chocolate and strawberry bars, cookies and cream bars or white chocolate and raspberry jaffa cakes.
