We put a lot of love into all of our vegan chocolate, in our vegan milk chocolate we use cream of rice to make it ... well .. creamy! and melt-in-the-mouth smooth. To ensure we get the perfect texture for you we slow grind our vegan milk chocolate ingredients for 24 to 36 hours ... that's right! A single batch of chocolate can take anywhere from 2 days to 7 days to complete from start to finish. We make a lot of effort to make sure our dairy-free chocolate is not just as good as, but better than non-vegan chocolates.
