1. Is everything vegan?
Yes! Eveything we make is 100% Vegan. From our vegan chocolate to our vegan jaffa cakes, our products do not contain any eggs, honey or other animals products
2. How long does delivery take?
We aim to make and dispatch orders within 36 hours, if this is not possible we will clearly highlight this on our website. Once dispatched delivery time depends on the option chosen at checkout, for first class orders the expected delivery time is 1-2 working days and for second class orders the expected delivery time it 2 -4 days. If your order is not with you in the times stated above, please do dontact us
3. Do our products contain allergens?
Our products do contain allergens. The fact that our products are vegan means they do not directly contain animal products however due to the potential risk of cross contamination our proucts fall into the "May contain" category for milk, eggs and other animal based allergens. What about other allergens? Yes, our products do contain plant based allergens too. These are listed on each product page and product label. If you have an allergen please do contact us and we will be happy to help you. Upon placing any order you will also receive an email enquiring about any allergens you or anyone consuming the products ordered may have.
4. Can I amend my order once it has been placed?
Yes! (Within reason) Once an order is placed, you will receive an email with the expected dispatch date, any changes can be made before this time. To make a change simply drop us a message and we will do everything we can to make it happen!
